DT Tax and Accounting and the Internet

When you purchase a licence to use DT Max, you receive a copy of our tax preparation software on CD-ROM.

For the T1 program, there will usually be a first version in January followed by an update during the tax season, and a planning version after the tax season.

For the T2 program, there will normally be about three versions during the year.

For the T3 program, there will normally be a first version in January/February followed by required updates during the year.

When the opportunity or the need arises, interim upgrades or patches are made available for downloading from our Web site. These interim upgrades are not available on CD-ROM. They are available on our Web site because access to the Internet makes it easier to give you an extra service that we could not give otherwise.

DT Tax and Accounting also regularly places updates to the knowledge base on its Web site. Look for known issues in the program and for new FAQ's. We believe that these can help you stay up-to-date.

We recommend very strongly that you get Internet access. This is neither expensive nor difficult, and it enables you to obtain better service.
